Lydia has led the landscape team in Lisbon for almost 20 years and played a major role some of the studio’s most important projects.

Lydia is experienced in working across all sectors and scales, from large masterplans to detailed design of hard and soft landscape and from all stages across the project life cycle.

Understanding natural ecological systems and endemic vegetation that support biodiversity are at the heart of her approach, creating opportunities for people and nature to thrive together through the rewilding or urban spaces.

A previous winner of the prestigious Peter Joseph Lenne Prize, Lydia has been responsible for the landscape on a number of award-winning projects including Porto Office Park, Roche Headquarters, World of Wine and Rossio Station.
