The project delivers 74,500sqft of grade A space across two nine-storeys buildings linked by a landscaped central ‘heart’ that creates a shared community space that serves as a vibrant townhall for people to come together and collaborate while the split floorplate provides maximum daylight across the two buildings.

A sense of arrival for each building is be created by a double height entrance lobby with a central core that opens up the periphery for workstations. The distinctive clad and glazed façade has a series of vertical shading blades that provide an exciting and memorable addition to the urban landscape.
