Situated within the prestigious Al Raha Beach Development in Abu Dhabi, Al Bandar is a mixed-use island development designed and masterplanned by Broadway Malyan for developer ALDAR. Reached via a causeway, the flagship scheme comprises 511 luxury residential apartments, 5,000m² retail and commercial space set among landscaped gardens. Three sleek apartment buildings project into the water giving the impression of ships leaving port. Designed to reflect ripples of water, the folded facades create balconies giving each apartment a view of the water.
