Vladimir is a talented architect based in the UAE who has led the design on large-scale international projects for a range of blue-chip clients.

Specialising in residential and mixed-use buildings and communities, Vladimir is involved in all aspects of project development, from feasibility and concept design through to launch stages of a project.

Key projects since he joined Broadway Malyan in 2019 include the Mina Rashid masterplan, a seafront coastal destination in Dubai that was formally the city’s first port, and The Cove, a major residential-led mixed use scheme in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Vladimir is an active member of Broadway Malyan’s Global Design Review Group and works with international design leadership colleagues to help ensure regional projects achieve the wider design quality aspirations of the practice.
