Site Supervisor

Mumbai

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to join our

architectural studio as a Site Supervisor. The role involves regular site visits for

inspections and coordination, along with maintaining proper records of architectural

drawings and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify work as

per approved architectural drawings.

• Inspect site execution and report discrepancies, quality issues, and deviations to

the design team.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients during site

inspections.

• Prepare site visit reports with photographs and observations.

• Maintain and update drawing issue records and drawing registers for all ongoing

projects.

• Ensure latest revisions of drawings are circulated to relevant stakeholders.

• Track revisions, approvals, RFIs, and document submissions.

• Organize project files, soft copies, and hard copy documentation systematically.

• Assist architects with on-site execution.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Civil / Architectural Draughtsmanship

• 4+ years of experience in architectural site supervision, construction

coordination & document control.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of architectural and construction drawings.

• Ability to read plans, sections, and detail drawings.

• Knowledge of drawing documentation and revision management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to travel for local site visits as required.

Preferred

• Experience working in an architectural with added experience in interior execution also.

• Familiarity with Google Drive, project management tools, or document management systems.

• Knowledge of site execution and construction processes.
