The interiors team in London is entering an exciting period of growth, expanding its typological range and building on strong foundations to deliver work across luxury hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join the studio at a pivotal moment of growth and help define our creative trajectory.

Job Purpose

You will lead projects from concept through to completion, developing narratives, driving creative quality at every stage and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Interior  and collaborate with our architecture and masterplanning teams on integrated projects across multiple typologies. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who cares as deeply about the quality of the thinking as the quality of the output.

Responsibilities

Clients & Pipeline:

• ​Develop and communicate compelling design narratives, to clients, contractors and the wider team, with clarity and confidence.

• ​Contribute to pitches, proposals and business development opportunities alongside the Head of Interior Design.

Project Leadership:

• ​Lead interior design projects from concept through to technical delivery, maintaining creative vision and design integrity at every stage. 

• ​Ensure the highest standards of design quality from the first sketch to the final detail, including regular site visits and sign-off on bespoke elements prior to delivery.

• ​Collaborate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants throughout the project, contributing to an integrated design approach.

Studio Leadership:

• ​Mentor junior designers, cultivating a studio culture built on creative rigour, curiosity and mutual respect.

Required Skills & Competencies

• ​Extensive interior design experience within a high-quality studio environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates genuine design intelligence and a strong point of view.

• ​Experience across at least one of the following typologies is essential: luxury hospitality, high-end residential or mixed-use. Experience across more than one is strongly preferred.

• ​Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to completion, managing client relationships, consultant teams and internal resources simultaneously.

• A confident communicator with clients, contractors and within a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable presenting design ideas and defending creative decisions with conviction.

• Technically proficient across AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino.

Desirable Qualities for Success

• ​Experience with Revit, Enscape or similar visualisation tools is advantageous.

• ​Experience working within an integrated architecture and interior design practice is advantageous but not essential. 

• ​An entrepreneurial spirit, someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build something, not just deliver it.
