Tom is a chartered architect and an accredited Passive House designer. He specialises in housing across a variety of scales from constrained infill sites to large regeneration masterplans. Tom is the sustainability lead for the London Broadway Malyan studio, driving the integration of sustainably responsible practices across all disciplines and project phases.

Outside of the studio, Tom has mentored with Build by Us and the London Neighbourhood Scholarship, helping to support people from underrepresented backgrounds within the building industry progress in their careers. He also tutors students at Oxford Brookes and the Welsh School of Architecture, with a particular focus on challenging sites and understanding constraints.
