Tim Burgess is an architect and senior practice leader with over 15 years’ experience in studio leadership, business growth and design-led transformation across the London market. He leads the UK-based architecture team, setting the architectural vision and strengthening the studio’s market profile.

Appointed with a clear mandate to enhance design quality, diversify the client base and align studio performance with long-term strategic objectives, Tim works closely with practice leadership to shape business planning, oversee workload and financial performance, and represents the London studio through client engagement, bids and public-facing activity.

His role combines hands-on project leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on elevating architectural quality, mentoring senior talent, and supporting business development across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration sectors. Alongside his practice, he serves as a Trustee of Teatro Vivo and a member of Blueprint for All and UCL Hatchery, supporting greater access, innovation, and inclusion across the built environment.
