Lia is an Urban Planner and Designer dedicated to exploring innovative ways for cities to grow and thrive. Based in our Warsaw studio, she has over 15 years of experience bringing diverse urban projects to life. Lia’s expertise spans from large-scale developments and urban renewal to strategic planning and mixed-use designs, with a global footprint including Brazil, Europe, Tanzania, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Her professional strength lies in the technical coordination and creation of masterplans, design guidelines, and regulations. She's also a specialist in developing smart, GIS-based solutions for urban planning and design, turning big ideas into clear plans.
Outside of her project work, Lia is passionate about education and research. She has taught master's courses in Poland and the UAE and has contributed to scientific studies on urban density.
