Cindy was the first employee to join our Singapore studio when it opened in 2007. She started as office manager and worked at Broadway Malyan for ten years before her promotion to the regional board director in 2017.

She is responsible for a range of activities including managing the regional budget, finances and contracts as well as HR matters such as recruitment. Cindy also oversees the wider support team.

Her main aim is to ensure that there is effective collaboration between the studios so that design and business processes run efficiently and the region delivers services to clients in a consistent way.
