Mitakshi was previously Director of Sustainability at WILL+Partners prior to its merger with Broadway Malyan at the end of 2022.

In this new role, Mitakshi will continue to build the practice’s in-house capabilities in this critical area while also leading on the practice's ESG and carbon reporting efforts worldwide.

Trained as an architect, Mitakshi also holds a master's in Environmental Design and Engineering (EDE) from the Bartlett and has a range of experience across the sustainability industry - from working with the USGBC on policy in Chicago and supporting the BCO Wellness Matters research project to certification and environmental design consulting.

She currently chairs the sustainability committee at CoreNet UK, is part of the working group for the British Council for Offices’ Fit Out guide upgrade and is also pursuing a Masters in Corporate Real Estate with a Sustainability focus.
