Broadway Malyan is pleased to announce the appointment of Ankit Kamboj, Head of the Mumbai studio, to the BM Global Board.
The Mumbai studio boasts a growing portfolio of projects, reflecting India's dynamic development market. Notably, the studio recently completed Google Bagmane, a landmark business campus that reimagines the traditional office environment with a focus on community, connectivity, and sustainability. Another significant project is Sarda House in Nashik, a stunning new family home inspired by the concept of togetherness.
Ankit first joined the practice in 2010 and worked in Singapore and London before taking charge of the Mumbai studio where he has been involved in a wide range of award-winning landmark schemes in the workplace, residential and retail sectors.
Through his work across sectors, scale and countries he has developed an approach that focuses on contextual response and promotes a careful dialogue between urban space and the built form.
He is committed to projects embracing the principles of sustainability and wellness, Sarda House representing a fully naturally ventilated house around a series of courtyards.
