Will is the Global Head of Workplace at Broadway Malyan, leading workplace design and strategy. His approach combines expertise in architecture, interior design, and consultancy, tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. He works with an international base of commercial and corporate clients, designing award-winning workplace environments. His greatest value to any organisation lies in his ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
A recognised leader in global workplace design research, Will was the original author of the SKA environmental assessment tool, the lead author of the BCO Wellness Guide, and the author of the BCO Fitout Guide 2025. His research interests include sustainable communities, alongside ongoing contributions to initiatives with RIBA, BCO, and CoreNet UK.
Will studied at The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, and qualified as an architect in 1998. He has specialised in workplace design for over 25 years. Will’s career has spanned senior leadership roles at Pringle Brandon, where he became an equity partner in 2007, and at Perkins+Will from 2012, before founding Will+Partners in 2018. He has consistently built and led international teams, driving innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement in workplace design.
