Technical Architect for site supervision of works execution based in Bilbao.

We are looking to add a technical architect to our team to oversee the execution of construction projects. You will report to and coordinate with Broadway Malyan's Madrid office, but your place of work will be Bilbao.

Responsibilities

You will work in the area of Construction Execution, in coordination with our Technical Architect in Madrid. In this role, you will take on key responsibilities such as supervising the execution of works and quality control during the construction process.

We are looking for professionals who combine technical expertise with a proactive and detail-oriented approach, capable of providing solutions and maintaining a constructive attitude even in demanding environments.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Architecture or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience, at least 5 of which are in preparing budgets for construction projects and/or managing the execution of works
• Knowledge of specific software for construction budgets (Presto and similar).
• Knowledge of CAD
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in multidisciplinary environments and with clients
• Ability to manage complex situations
• Commitment and excellence
• A high level of English is valued (not essential in this case)
• Place of residence: Bilbao and surrounding area

• Technical Architect position for supervision of a work, located in the Bilbao area
• Dedication of 20 hours per week, with presence on site for 3 or 4 days
• The duration of the work is initially estimated at a period of 7 months
