This is an expression of interest for a contract opportunity and to be considered for longer-term employment as we grow our pipeline of projects across India.

We’re looking to connect with an experienced Revit Technician to support our Architects on a major infrastructure project in Mumbai. The focus will be:

  • Drive the preparation of Revit-based documentation packages for large-scale rail and transport infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to coordinate and deliver integrated design outcomes.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed, buildable documentation aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Apply knowledge of infrastructure projects (rail, stations, or public domain) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
  • Attend the site office as required to support project coordination, resolve documentation queries, and ensure design intent is maintained through delivery.
  • Support the project team by maintaining clarity, detail, and quality throughout all documentation phases.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and a passion for design excellence

Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in Architecture or Drafting/Design Technology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit with a strong portfolio of documentation projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in design documentation, ideally within infrastructure or transport-related projects, in an architectural design environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed and coordinated documentation packages across multiple project phases.
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, detailing, and documentation requirements for large-scale projects.
  • Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams ( architecture, engineering, contractors).
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver under tight timeframes.
  • Flexibility to attend the site office as required for project coordination and documentation support.

Attributes

  • Expert in BIM Delivery: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with proven experience leading coordinated, multi-disciplinary BIM models at LOD 300–400.
  • Strong Technical Leadership: Capable of authoring the BIM Execution Plans (BEP), managing federated models, clash detection, and ensuring quality control across project stages. Whilst also reviewing and inputting on other BIM contractual documents such as received (EIR/MIDP/TIDP)
  • Design-Driven Thinking: Understands design intent and can translate conceptual ideas into detailed, information-rich BIM outputs without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
  • Process & Standards Champion: Upholds international BIM standards (ISO 19650 set of standards,) and ensures consistent implementation across all project teams.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Coordinates effectively with architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines to deliver fully federated models and drawing packages.

Key Software Skills

  • +3 years Autodesk Revit
  • +2 years Autodesk Navisworks
  • Other modelling knowledge such as Sketchup and Rhino skills (desirable)
  • Autodesk Dynamo knowledge (desirable)
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud
