Senior Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Architect in our Birmingham studio to build a career with us across multiple sectors and role opportunities. We are a team focused on designing and delivering buildings and places to create high-quality environments and communities that benefit people's everyday experience. As a senior architect, we'd be looking for you to oversee and manage projects and teams and act as the lead consultant within the wider design team. You would be managing the design process, scheduling workflow and outputs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs which align with our ethos and vision. You’ll be supported by a local Associate and Director of Architecture alongside our wider practice support team. You'll be working across a variety of sectors and geographies, including internationally, and we'd like to see you take a wider role in building your network and profile in Birmingham, supporting us on work-winning and business development. - Mixed-use and masterplanning experience would be advantageous, but not essential

- An interest in working with colleagues in our other UK and global studios, but particularly our Manchester studio whom we work closely on various projects and business development opportunities
- Desire to contribute to business development and client-facing presentations, and to build your role in this area with us
- Commercial awareness, knowledge of UK Building Regulations and excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Proven client-facing project architect capable of running the design process and then delivering the project as a team leader and primary point of contact
