Directors Assistant: Office and Bid Support

Role Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the direction of the studio
- Support in drafting contracts, NDA’s, agreements (preparation and management) with clients, consultants, etc.)
- Support in the preparation of proposals for clients
- Support in the preparation of proposals for bids
- Support in the company's communication and marketing, social networks and liaison with the group's marketing team
- Production of Presentations, Credentials, Project Sheets and Case Studies
- Creating several projects and setting up procedures as needed
- Organisation and preparation of meetings
- Management, maintenance and updating of Curricula Vitae
- Organisation of Internal Events (Information Evenings, Town Halls, parties and commemorative occasions, etc.)
- Organisation of External Events (registration, networking, Conferences, Fairs, Congresses and the like)
- Contact Management and Business Development
- File management and maintenance
- Provision of varied assistance and active participation in the development of the company's activity, collaborating with the rest of the team in functions not specifically assigned, so that the studio is a pleasant and welcoming place.
- Support in answering and forwarding calls
Skills
- Literary qualifications at Bachelor’s level
- Strong knowledge of English and Portuguese
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Computer knowledge mastery of the following tools:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Abode Acrobat and InDesign Domain of social media management
- Professionalism
- Team spirit
