Senior Architect (Hospitality Expert)

Broadway Malyan is looking for a Director of Hospitality for its Madrid studio:
We are looking for a professional with a background in architecture or interior design and a minimum of 15 years working in the hospitality sector in Spain, with strong commercial skills and the ability to manage teams and projects, to lead and develop the studio's hospitality department according to an ambitious business plan. Expert command of English and design software. Competitive remuneration and participation in results. Immediate incorporation.
This role is carrying out the projects included in our business plan to diversify BM Madrid, developing a business unit focused on Hospitality that acts as an extension of the Lisbon team. The idea is that within a period of 3 years, Madrid will double its size and have a business distributed in 50% Retail and 50% Hospitality.
Responsibilities
The Hospitality director will be responsible for carrying out this plan as budget holder of the Hospitality business unit of the Madrid studio, reporting directly to local management and to Margarida as Global Head of the sector. The Hospitality director will have the dual role of leading Business Development actions in Spain in coordination with the Lisbon team, and at the same time forming and directing the team of specialists necessary to support the development of the business plan. The services to be offered will cover hotel architecture and interior design in all its phases from concept to site supervision.
