We’re looking for an Architect to join us in our Birmingham studio to build a career with us across multiple sectors and role opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Project Design lead with the ability to work clearly, communicate and mentor within a team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative architectural solutions.
• Develop concepts, presentations, and detailed design packages aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Engage in all project phases, from feasibility studies and conceptual design to construction documentation.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, sustainability standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Manage client relationships, presentations, and project coordination to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Strong and passionate design capabilities with a good eye for communicating and presenting project narratives.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead discussions and present ideas effectively.
• Experience within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Ambitious with a desire to be visible and proactive within the local and national markets.
