Therese has over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering complex mixed-use, commercial, masterplan, education, life sciences and residential projects across the UK, USA and the Middle East, working with leading UK and international owners, developers, institutions, investors, occupiers and contractors.
In 2011, Therese helped establish the architecture studio Pringle Brandon Drew / Perkins+Will UK. For nearly a decade, she was the Lead Designer and Project Director of The Stage Shoreditch development for Estate Office Shoreditch / Cain International JV, as well as 30–34 New Bridge Street, Fleet House and 23 Finsbury Circus.
Previously, she was a Project Manager at Rafael Viñoly Architects, where she worked on major redevelopment schemes worldwide, including 20 Fenchurch Street (the ‘Walkie Talkie’) and the Battersea Power Station masterplan.
Versatile across both large- and small-scale projects, her design ethos is underpinned by the belief that the essential responsibility of architecture is to elevate the public realm.
