Ivor joined Broadway Malyan in 2006 and has worked across the UK and around the world during his career. A proud northerner, Ivor now leads the Manchester studio and is involved in projects at all scales and sectors, including large scale urban masterplan and regeneration opportunities across the north, mixed use residential and workplace buildings and places, and bespoke workplace interior solutions.

With a keen eye for detail and a passionate interest in delivering exciting and ambitious new spaces and places, Ivor is experienced in working for public and private sector clients, and understands the complex and demanding environment in which projects are delivered.

First and foremost an architect, Ivor has worked on a wide variety of projects, producing innovative and unique solutions to suit site, brief and budget. Particular expertise includes town centre regeneration and ‘catalyst’ projects, and working closely with local authorities to realise development opportunities. His work with private sector clients covers experience across a variety of sectors including retail, residential, leisure and commercial.

Ivor has a particular interest in the social and cultural impacts of our work, and how as designers we have the unique opportunity to improve the places where we live and work.
