Hayden is an accomplished architectural and urban designer, bringing over a decade of global experience with a portfolio spanning transformative projects at both urban and regional scales. At Broadway Malyan, he leads key strategic initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa in collaboration with the practice’s global studios.

He joined Broadway Malyan from Woods Bagot + ERA, where he led urban design and masterplanning projects across the Middle East and beyond. Previously, he helped develop and grow the masterplanning team at BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) in London and led Harvard’s Ecological Urbanism Office in China.

Hayden’s work is driven by a passion for shaping meaningful places, with an emphasis on innovation, climate resilience and culturally grounded design, championing a bold, human-centred vision for the cities of tomorrow.
