The building proposition is simple - a perimeter block surrounding an internal courtyard space, with a clear hierarchy of scale and division to create a simple composition. Materials and colour are sensitive to the location and use of the development, as well as being robust and long lasting. The scheme creates a strong street presence and sits comfortably within its context.
Landscaping and the natural environment play a key role in the development with new public realm along the southern edge and roof terracing. The new southern street has been integrated into the design to allow for better pedestrian access and create additional public realm.
