Healthcare redefined, in a high density tower development

Centuria Medical Makati is a new world-class medical centre set in the prestigious Century City mixed-use development in Makati, the Philippines. The building takes the form of a 28-storey tower block, made visually stimulating by the use of a bespoke and dynamic façade, which also acts as a shading system.

Broadway Malyan provided architectural and landscape services from concept to design, using the latest expertise in healthcare design to create a space that offers an outstanding treatment environment designed to make patients as comfortable as possible. The scheme is designed to serve both local residents and the increasing number of people travelling to get the very best healthcare.

The Centre acts as a one-stop shop with services including a day surgery centre, urgent care clinic, screening centre and a radiology and laboratory centre. There is also a reproductive health and fertility centre, anti-ageing centre and an eye and laser surgery centre. As well as offering world-class medical facilities, the building includes medical concierge services, cafes restaurants and guest suites.

The new medical centre forms part of the pioneering Century City development which also includes the Broadway Malyan designed Trump Tower, Milano Residences and Century City Mall.
