BM宝麦蓝被任命为宁波诺丁汉大学 (UNNC) 设计一座新建筑。UNNC宁波诺丁汉大学国际创新创业大楼位于校园和城市湿地公园的关键城市边缘，将为中国此类基础设施树立新标杆，为校园提供宝贵资产。

该设计侧重于灵活性和协作空间，高规格空间专门用于研究、商业和技术。建筑简洁大方的设计顺应校园边缘的曲线，呈现出内外部的新面貌。一个重要的新公共领域将把建筑与城市公园整合起来，并有助于在现有建筑周围产生一种独特的地方感。

The design includes high specification spaces dedicated to research and technology, as well as more traditional learning and business school environments. The layered facility also includes live/work spaces and a range of complementary uses such as a restaurant, café, bar, gym, roof garden and social areas.

The project was delivered as part of University of Nottingham Ningbo, China’s wider strategic 2020 vision for the development of the campus.
