Broadway Malyan provided the concept design for a prestigious tourist development on the coast of Montenegro featuring a five star hotel, conference centre and a wellness & medical centre. The scheme also features an outdoor sculpture gallery and marina with retail, restaurants and bars overlooking the Adriatic sea.

Set behind a stunning white-sand beach, the scheme takes the forms of several large elongated pavilions buildings. The forms are designed to maximise sea views and complement the hilly landscape in which the resort is set.

A number of new holiday homes and private villas have been included with the aim of boosting the local economy and supporting the local agricultural communities.
