Martin joined Broadway Malyan in 2001 as a graduate having been awarded the RIBA Bronze Medal as a student. He was invited to join the Broadway Malyan Holdings Ltd board in 2005 and led the Edinburgh studio where he worked with the City of Edinburgh Council on the award-winning Prince’s Street Development Framework, the first pro-active planning guidance for developing the city’s most famous thoroughfare in over 50 years.

Currently based in London, Martin works predominantly on a range residential and mixed-use developments as diverse as Battersea Reach, a high-end residential development next to the Thames, to Erith Park, an award-winning estate transformation in south east London.

Martin maintains an active role in design and project work and continues to be driven by a passion for creating beautiful places shaped by the people who use them.
