Cindy joined shortly after we opened our Singapore studio in 2007. She started as office manager and over the years took on more and more responsibility before her promotion in May.

She is responsible for a range of activities including managing the regional budget, finances and contracts as well as HR matters such as recruitment. Cindy also oversees the wider support team.

Her main aim is to ensure that there is effective collaboration between the studios so that design and business processes run efficiently and the region delivers services to clients in a consistent way.

Commenting on her time with the firm, Cindy said: “It has been amazing to see us grow from three people to the size of business we are now. Over the years, we have got busier, secured more interesting and high profile projects, and consistently improved and challenged our design approach and quality.

“I’m very proud to be promoted to the board and love working here; it’s very collaborative and it feels like a family.”
