Broadway Malyan has worked alongside EcoWorld to design a new residential quarter in the area consisting of 487 total residential units, with a view to revitalise the surrounding community and drive interest in the new stadium development.
The stadium is being built on a 31,000 m2 site bordered by a triangle of key railway lines, which includes Kew Bridge railway station.
Connections from the stadium are set to be complete after it opens for public use, so temporary links will be provided to allow the flow of pedestrian movement in and out of the stadium and its surrounding areas in the interim.
“We are delighted with the progress of this scheme," said Laura Cassullo, Director at Broadway Malyan.
"We are particularly excited to see how our development and the wider regeneration initiative will serve to bring out the vibrancy of Brentford's surrounding community and breathe new life into the area."
