该项目为花旗银行在世纪公园的新办公大楼提供室内设计服务，这是计划进行开发的三座大楼中的第一座。
项目以花旗银行自己的“花旗工作”风格为基础，创造了一系列高品质、灵活的九层空间，并规范了公司全球办公室组合的设计标准。
华沙最大的商业室内设计项目之一已由国际建筑设计事务所宝麦蓝完成。
办公室分为一系列不同的空间，包括开放式区域，封闭式区域和多功能储藏室，会议室，协作区域和顶层挑高的空中办公室。
整个设计方案以浅色的单色调为主，采用了包括绿色、木质元素和图形等等元素；还使用了降噪措施，如办公桌之间的隔音屏，营造舒缓的工作氛围，同时该设计也最大化了办公室的自然采光。
办公室还为每位员工配备了储物柜，而不是固定的办公桌，以促进员工之间的融合和协作。同时，办公室还在电梯旁边安排了会议室，这样人们可以更容易地在各楼层之间移动。
A light monochrome palette along with greenery, wooden elements and graphics have been used across the scheme as well as noise reducing measures such as acoustic screens between desks to create a soothing working ambiance while the design also maximizes natural daylight across the office.
The offices also include lockers for each worker rather than a defined desk to promote integration and collaboration while the layout has organised the conference rooms next to the lifts so that people can move between them more easily.
There is a large café that is treated as a workplace where people are encouraged to eat, drink, relax or work while the Sky Office provides a further relaxation area with stunning views across Warsaw via 360 degree double height glazing.
The Sky Office also includes two training rooms for company inductions with removable walls which open up to create a ‘town hall’ space that can accommodate up to 200 people.
Antoni added: “Even the most traditional sectors are shifting to a much more open approach to their workplaces and this project has been guided by important issues such as happiness, creativity and wellness while ensuring the design continued to represent the core brand and values of Citi .”
The client added: “Having helped deliver over 29,000 seats in both APAC and EMEA over the last 4 years, I truly believe that Generation Park in Warsaw is one of the best we have completed.
“Great detailed planning, blended with good change messaging around protocols meant that our focus areas are quiet, our collaborative areas are engaging and our sky lounge is both fun and functional. The space is efficient but at the same time feels generous and natural light is balanced with internal lighting to stimulate and energize staff, whilst enabling minds the ability to focus.”
