Broadway Malyan has created the interior design for the forthcoming Hilton Hotel in Wroclaw, south-west Poland. Rising to the challenge of designing memorable interiors appropriate to the striking mixed-use building which will house the Hilton, co-authored with Gottesman Szmelcman Architecture, the design respects the operator's core values and adapts the public space to achieve a balance between welcoming intimacy and the clean, organic lines of the base building. The hotel will provide the full Hilton offer, including ballroom, themed restaurants and health club, which features a swimming pool at below ground level. Emphasis has been placed on creating flowing, enveloping lines and their seamless transition from outside to inside, with materials and lighting appropriate to both the business user and the private guest.
