The Sky Tower development, situated in the city centre of Luanda, Angola, features two towers, one of 25 storeys and one of 16, based on the idea of glass "blades". The towers are connected by double and triple height atria and reception areas at various levels. Both towers rise from a sixth floor podium. The design of the podium facades was inspired by traditional Angolan sculptures and a local musical instrument called 'quissanje'. The first six floors of the building are retail and office space, with parking available. The remaining floors are given over to offices ranging in size with the larger offices situated at the top of the towers. Totaling 31 floors above ground level, the scheme also has 3 underground levels, providing around 770 car parking spaces.
