Broadway Malyan has been appointed to coordinate the preparation of outline proposals for fourteen schools as part of the city Council's Wave 5 Outline Business Case Submission. The commission comprises a number of new build as well as refurbishment projects. The portfolio includes the Academy schools and two special schools. Broadway Malyan, working in conjunction with the BSF team and client design advisor are managing a multi-disciplinary team to secure outline approval or an agreed brief on each site. The team is currently taking forward the educational objectives for each site and preparing feasibility studies, with a view to confirming the control option. Broadway Malyan will also lead on public consultation, development proposal and in managing planning approval.
