The £20m extension to The Mall Arndale Centre in Luton forms the first phase of Broadway Malyan’s masterplan for the development of the shopping centre.
Opened in November 2010, the scheme provides 7,200m² of high quality new shopping space in nine new retail units over three floors at the St George’s Square end of the mall. Cafe and restaurant accommodation totalling 1,600m² is provided at ground floor level, facing onto the newly revitalised public square. A new landmark entrance provides a focal point for the development.
