Le Terrazze is a major retail and leisure centre located in La Spezia, Italy. By combining our architecture, urban design, interior design, branding and graphic design skills, we have been able to offer a holistic new design concept for the scheme, which will act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the area.
Vibrantly coloured facades, stepped green terraces and the stratification of the Cinque Terre's local geology provided the primary design element, informing the elevational treatments and translating into the horizontal branding of the new brand. The colour palette mirrors the tonal qualities of the surrounding landscape, with the result offering a vibrant yet contextual solution.
