Broadway Malyan was appointed by Aldar Properties PJSC to design the predominantly residential waterside development, Al Khubeira, on Khor Al Raha, Abu Dhabi. The 192,000m² site is located on the far eastern side of the prestigious Al Raha Beach development, a five hectare plot of reclaimed land adjacent to the old Ladies Beach area and approximately 4.5km from Abu Dhabi International Airport.
