Broadway Malyan was appointed by Sime Darby Property to undertake the urban planning of five separate regions; Sepang; Labu; Tanah Merah; Ampar Tenang and Carey Island in the states of Selangor and Negri Sembilan in Malaysia. These five regions are part of the Sime Darby Vision Valley development and cover a combined land area of 80,000 acres.

The five regions form a boomerang of land parcels with potential for new developments capitalizing on its proximity to KLIA and its strategic location in the central region of Malaysia and falling within the National Growth Conurbation of Kuala Lumpur.

Sime Darby Vision Valley is defined by a diverse range of uses that form five distinct characters for each region that will act as catalysts for urban growth and job creation. These predominant drivers collectively provide an identity for the town that is memorable and can form a magnet to both local and foreign interests.

Labu will be an entertainment and leisure centre; Sepang an aviation orientated business and commercial district and Tanah Merah, a sports education and healthcare region. Coupled with Ampar Tenang, a green technologies and manufacturing hub and Carey Island, a bio-diverse eco park, they will collectively form a network that will support the existing towns and cities of Seramban, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Selangor vision city, Enstek and Kuala Lumpur and their predominant functions, catering for repatriation of a skilled labour force, foreign investment and the physical urban growth south of Kuala Lumpur.
