Playa Blanca is strategically situated within a 45-minute drive from Panama City and with direct connections to the Pan-American Highway. Stretching along a stunning coastline with over 5km of sand beaches and punctuated by mangrove outcrops, the masterplan has been driven by the desire to preserve the existing natural environment by applying the latest sustainability strategies and considered environmental design. In response to the site's inland depth, a key feature of the masterplan has been to bring water back through the site using a mix of geometric man-made and organic natural forms. Extending throughout the masterplan, this interplay will create diversity of environment and great places, offering value to all stakeholders.
