Broadway Malyan is currently in the detail design stage for Yell's new HQ. Yell are currently operating from three older buildings in the centre of Reading. They have recently committed to a pre-let new build of 14,000m² in Reading. The building will house Yell's head office and call centre functions. The work environment features a variety of flexible work settings, team environments and staff amenities including fitness centre, restaurant, 'play' areas and a high degree of formal and informal meeting spaces, team spaces, and project rooms. The design fully integrates with Yell's corporate brand values, being a people focused, technologically advanced, sustainable and efficient business.
