As part of the phased redevelopment of the University of Salford's Peel Park Campus, Broadway Malyan designed an interactive multi-media space and research facilities. The Think Lab provides state-of-the-art facilities in a futuristic environment, enabling research that harnesses the leading developments in information and communication technologies.
The Pod, a soundproof convex conference room, which incorporates the latest high tech equipment, features 30 ergonomically designed workstations with transparent lecterns, cutting edge video technology including debating and voting facilities, video conferencing, virtual displays and optical tracking.
The Think Lab can also host events in a stylish meeting room which accommodates up to 10 people and incorporates a plasma screen, smart board and video conferencing equipment.
