English Point is a waterfront site with views across to Mombasa Old Town and Fort Jesus. The client selected Broadway Malyan from a number of architectural practices to create a modern, international development, including the region’s first serviced marina. The mixed use development comprises 99 three bed apartments and 8 luxury penthouses, an 88 berth marina complete with a watersport centre, a 23 bed boutique hotel with 3 luxury suites, conference facilities, a restaurant, spa, gym, retail units, underground parking, a boardwalk, infinity pool and pool deck. The apartments are spread across 4 blocks, situated within lush landscaped gardens all orientated to make the most of views across the waterfront and marina.
Members of our design team have visited the site and worked closely with local consultants to aid the progression of the planning process with the Ports Authority and NEEMA.
