Garstang Town Centre Plan
background and brief
Broadway Malyan were tasked by Wyre Borough Council to produce a Town Centre Plan for Garstang.
Building on the Action Plan & Vision prepared under the 'Market Town Initiative' a blueprint for a number of future projects will be created, including land and premises development, environmental improvements and tourism initiatives.

Broadway Malyan have demonstrated that the creation of a new hub for the town centre will generate a number of development potentials. These include the siting of a major supermarket, new buildings to accommodate a Tourist Information Centre, high quality workspace, retail outlets and community facilities.
It is hoped that the developments can be advanced with a strategy that takes advantage of Public/Private partnering and NWDA funding.
