Broadway Malyan was commissioned by Hastings Borough Council and SEEDA in February 2005 to prepare a regeneration framework for Central St Leonards, Sussex.
A major part of Broadway Malyan's involvement is to provide robust funding packages for the individual projects, building on significant potential investment by Hastings Borough Council, SEEDA, SRB and Housing Associations.
