Bolton Great Estates
background and brief
In October 2005 Broadway Malyan were announced as winners of the RIBA Bolton Great Estates Urban Design Competition, a council-run project aiming to revitalise 'Bolton At Home's housing stock.
Working in conjunction with the local communities, the team are developing 5 pilot schemes to redesign, renew and improve the landscape design across the council's housing.
