background and brief
£15m scheme to extend the St George's Square end of the existing 'The Mall' shopping centre in Luton. The development will create over 6,822 sq.m of new retail space and around 200 additional car parking spaces.
This the first phase of a much larger masterplanning exercise that is being undertaken by Broadway Malyan.
