Forum Coimbra is located on the site of a former textile factory commanding magnificent hill-top views over the River Mondego, the city of Coimbra and beyond.
The 48,000sq.m. (GLA) centre provides 146 retail units, including an 18,000sq.m. hypermarket, plus a 6 screen multiplex cinema, leisure facilities and a large food court.
Winner of the 2007 MAPIC Award for 'Best Shopping Centre' and the ICSC Award for 'Best Large Shopping Centre'.

Cut into the hillside, the development uses different forms, changing massing and feature towers to create a striking skyline facing the city, appearing to rise up through and above the existing landscape.
The modern and functional development is designed around three spacious plazas. Natural elements set the theme for the design and decor of these plazas.
