The 32,000 sq.m. Escpacio Torreledones scheme for Multi Development, lies to the North West of Madrid.
Broadway Malyan was appointed to provide architectural services, including schematic and detailed design, production information and on-site control.

design response
The focal point of the landmark development is a 35m high tower, designed to resemble traditional 'paradores'. This tower provides the main entrance to the shopping centre, leading into a large public square from which all areas can be accessed. The food court on the upper floor has terraces with views over Madrid and the surrounding mountains.
Natural and locally sourced materials, such as granite, wood and glass, have been used throughout.
