The Queens Quay scheme, for The Sheridan Group, provides 75,000 sq.m. of residential space, offices, a hotel, niche retail, waterfront cafes and other leisure facilities, together with car parking.

The scheme will regenerate an quayside area in central Belfast, transforming it into a significant waterfront presence and providing attractive public spaces for all to enjoy.
