James is a Masterplanner with dual-qualifications in Urban Planning and Landscape Design. James has a passion for the creation, regeneration and design of integrated and sustainable communities. His interest and knowledge comes from over 20 years experience working on a range of complex and challenging projects across the globe from new city planning to the urban regeneration of city districts.
James works closely with a talented team of master planners, urban designers, landscape architects, urban planners and architects who are dedicated to delivering high quality and relevant projects such strategies for the revitalisation of the city centre district of East Village in Calgary, Canada; the design of new communities in Abu Dhabi such as Southern Marina on Yas Island; planning for new cities in Jordan and hospitality related work such as integrated resort developments in Mauritius and Cape Verde. James’ skills are focused on evolving best fit solutions where client requirements, development value, environmental resources and community needs can be balanced and maximised.
James was appointed to the Board in 2010.
