Director of Urban Design
Phil is a Chartered Landscape Architect with a Masters degree in Urban Design from the University of Greenwich. Having joined Broadway Malyan in 2002, he coordinates the integrated urban design service and has extensive experience in the development of urban masterplans, strategic visions, planning strategies, design guides, streetscape design, urban landscapes and cultural heritage projects. He has worked on complex, high profile UK and international schemes such as East Village in Calgary; New Manhattan in Chongqing, China; Sixin Lake City, Wuhan; Swindon Promenade and the regeneration masterplan for East Float on Merseyside.
